in the "big" thread about it, a seller handled it like this:

Basically a similar solution to mine, only I put it at the beginning and used a screenshot instead of HTML code.

You have to embed the image within the AB via HTML from an external source (your own homepage, image host, etc.)
at least in the advanced sales form, the option for that is available

Mentor2 weeks agoHey @naehmaschinentechnik
as @perfect-sally already wrote, the eBay solution is already implemented and, according to @miriam@ebay , coordinated with eBay’s legal department. I also see this solution in your listings.
If you still have "cold feet" and, like many here in the forum, fear that this isn’t legally watertight, you can of course also add it yourself to your listings.
I did it like this in this sample listing. Once under the photos and once in the listing description.

OP2 weeks agoHello, thanks for the reply.
That’s exactly how I imagine it.
But how do I get it into the article description.
Sorry
Best wishes

Open all offers -> Edit in bulk -> Item description -> Add at the beginning -> Paste image in -> Apply -> Send
For safety, test with one offer and check.

Shouldn't the label be displayed larger? ... on my tablet it's pretty small

Mentor2 weeks ago · EditedHi @hasjana
do you mean the warranty label in the listing or in the photos?
In the listing, I think it’s big enough.
In the photos, I’d only be able to make it bigger if I set the label as the first photo. But then all offers in the active view would look the same. 😒
Whether that’s legally watertight, I can’t and won’t judge here, but it’s at least better than the solution implemented by Ebay.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhy should that be necessary? Ebay inserted that, after all.
