Can I switch back from commercial seller to private seller?

Mentor2 weeks agoNo @duke_rock you have to create a new account and then private.
Buying it yourself would probably be difficult, since as a commercial buyer you don't necessarily have the same rights as a private buyer,.
So I would maybe consider deregistering the business account completely and starting over with a new account - private -.

Mentor2 weeks agoWell, you don’t really seem to be commercial anyway, or at least you don’t really know anything about it.
No returns? As a commercial seller, that’s just not allowed!
No cancellation policy
No model cancellation form
No terms and conditions (not mandatory, but sensible)
No privacy policy
No proper note on what’s going on with your invoices
That makes you highly vulnerable to cease-and-desist letters!
