Hello,we have received a request for a return, as the customer claims he received an item incomplete. He bought 1 KG mixed colorful Lego bricks. He claims that many pieces from the set are missing. However, no set was sold and this was not mentioned in any way. We have already responded to this in his previous email. Now the return request came through eBay. In our auctions we state that the buyer has to bear the return shipping costs. Now we are supposed to provide the buyer with a return label. How can that be and what can we do so that we do not have to cover the return shipping costs? Thanks
