Commercial provider - private listed in search

Hello , I am a commercial seller and have the following problem :
In my account, commercial seller is listed. When you go to my page, that is also visible to buyers.
If someone is looking for a specific item and I am one of the search results, HOWEVER it says private seller.
I have already contacted Ebay 2 x, but the problem has not been fixed so far.
Very annoying for me, as there are enough buyers who only buy from commercial sellers because of the option to return items.
I see this as financial losses for myself.
Does anyone know about this problem ? Has it been fixed ?
