Good day, For the first time I am turning to the community because I am at my wit's end. I have 8 shipments that were allegedly sent by me outside the handling time. I initiated objections and requests for deletion through the system. They were all rejected, although I can prove everything (tracking in my DPD cockpit as well as the handover receipts at the shop). I usually ship my parcels on the same day or at the latest the next morning, which is certainly within the one-day handling time. I was told I should פשוט look for another shipping provider, and after that I only got standard replies. What can I do? Apparently there seem to be technical problems with the interface here, and the customer service staff also have no interest in checking the shipment numbers and/or requesting / accepting my proof (DPD shop receipts). In general, I get the impression that only the data stored in eBay or getting through the work quickly is being focused on here; what actually corresponds to the truth in the end doesn't matter. I don't know what I should do, because I have already contacted customer service several times and I never get an explanation, only that the decision is final. That simply makes starting a business unnecessarily difficult and, in my opinion, not very professional. I myself have an eBay shop, and customer service is actually very dubious if you don't get lucky and reach the right person. SHAME! Could someone please help me? ;(
