Business seller account
I want to create a business seller account. We are a civil law partnership (GbR) and are not entered in the commercial register. When creating an account, Ebay requests a registration number in the commercial register. According to online information, registration should also be possible without it. Unfortunately, I can't move on to the next step without a number. Can anyone help me?

Hello @charcle14 and thanks for your report! I can see that you have not contacted our customer service about this yet, and I would like to recommend that you get in touch with us by phone. This is the only way the verification can be carried out accordingly in this case and the suspension of your eBay account can be carefully reviewed.

it could be that it's a technical error and a ticket also needs to be opened for you if what @perfect-sally advised you doesn't work.

OP1 week agoThanks for the heads-up. The link shows that an admin opened the ticket directly from Ebay. How do I do that then?

Mentor1 week agoI don’t think that @miriam@ebay is still around; if she is, she’ll open a ticket for you, otherwise unfortunately that won’t be possible until Monday again.

Mentor1 week ago@charcle14 actually that doesn’t work like that! It has to be written with the account in question and not with another account. It may be that Miriam can’t do anything for you that way.

OP1 week agoThen I guess I’ll have to try opening up further communication through a new account.. I’m slowly running out of email addresses :D everything is getting blocked

Mentor1 week agoThe field, as far as I know, can’t be left empty.
I think I already read here that you could enter "None". Back then, I was able to enter: "No entry"

OP1 week agoI tried that and then my account was blocked immediately. That has happened twice now. So I’m asking the question here from my private account.
