Hello
I ordered an air conditioner for 359 euros with buyer protection. I thought the offer was real!
BUT it's complete fraud. Unfortunately, the air conditioner with a similar price and description and similar accounts is still listed several times.
Why doesn't eBay react when there are already several reviews calling it fraud?
Yesterday I suddenly got 2 euros refunded with this explanation
Dear customer,
due to ongoing system disruptions at eBay, we are currently unable to process shipments of goods through our account. There are currently widespread technical problems on the eBay platform. Please submit a request for a refund for “goods not received” to your payment service provider or credit card bank. As soon as you have submitted this request, we will immediately refund you the full amount.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you at any time.
I have now responded with PayPal buyer protection.

Suddenly got a tracking number from jcex.
The item was supposedly delivered at 5 p.m. I was in the garden then, and no delivery service came.
Googled it and, look at that, this company is being used to mark items as delivered without any shipment even taking place!
So be careful, now I’ve been caught out too once.
Pretty sad, you can’t trust anyone anymore.

Well, and now eBay can't do anything for you anymore once PP has been turned on.

OP1 month agoWhat matters to me is that eBay is not taking action against this scam.

Mentor1 month agoFrom the description, I can't identify any fraud. The seller even specifically points out that one should report an item not received. And the seller is also right when he says that eBay has problems on the platform. Unfortunately, eBay always does.

OP1 month agoHow is this not fraud? I should have known that 359 for a €1500 system couldn't be right. But I thought from China you can get them cheaper there. And now I can wait forever for my money.

Mentor1 month ago · EditedActually, all the alarm bells should be ringing there, especially if a Chinese guy is behind it.
You now have to wait until PayPal decides.
