Unjustified withholding of payment
Usually the sales proceeds were transferred to my account within a few days. With the last sale, I’ve now been waiting for 10 days, and for the sale it says there is a payment hold. The amount would be ready for payout. But there’s no way to arrange this anywhere. I can’t understand this; I’ve never done anything wrong, always ship right away, and according to the tracking, the item has long since arrived with the buyer. What can one do now? Thanks for any advice.

Thank you very much for your post.
At the moment, you have a "withdrawal on demand" set up in your customer account. Please click under Payments -> eBay balance -> on this arrow and then on the button "Withdraw" that appears in the pop-up. You can also change the payout schedule in the pop-up at any time.

OP7 months agoThank you very much for the help. I have now had the amount transferred to my account. I haven't sold anything on Ebay for some months. In the past, the transfer to my account was always automatic after the sales. Since when was this changed so that the seller now has to initiate it themselves?
