Policy on purchases and sales outside of eBay
Summary: miss-chili612 reports that there was a problem when adding a warranty and guarantee label to all listings. All listings could be edited without any issues except for one, which was ultimately ended. The reason given was an alleged violation of the policy on purchases and sales outside of eBay. miss-chili612 asks for clarification of this issue, as they would like to understand it, even if the specific listing itself is not important to them.
Hello,
today I edited all my listings together to add the warranty and guarantee label. That worked without any problems, except for 1 listing.
I then edited that one listing separately.
Now the listing has been ended, on the grounds that it (or I) would be violating the policy on purchases and sales outside of eBay.
I’m not really concerned about this listing, but I would at least like to understand it.
Item number: 117273231593
Case reference number: 2-109063318843
It would be nice if someone could take a look at this.
Thank you very much!

Mentor2 weeks agoHey @miss-chili612
Was there an active link or a label that could look like a phone number?
If you haven't noticed, the lovely community staff are no longer here. In that case, feel free to contact eBay customer service. We can't see deleted listings.

OP2 weeks agoYes, I did notice that the community staff aren’t there anymore. I just didn’t think about it at the time :-(
There wasn’t a link or anything similar like a phone number. It was an article like any other (pattern).
I’d rather do without a resolution and not put the offer back up before I call customer service.
Still, many thanks for your help @turbotuentchen
