To the eBay team, I am hereby reporting a group of user accounts that are strongly suspected to be operated by the same person in order to evade permanent bans. These are the accounts. The sales pattern, pricing, and choice of items clearly indicate that these are reactivated accounts of already banned мошеннические accounts . Since I have already contributed successfully on multiple occasions in the past to identifying and banning such accounts, I ask for an immediate review of the following violations: Systematic ban evasion: All three accounts mentioned use exactly the same strategy as the banned accounts (digital Bahn vouchers far below market value). It is safe to assume the same people are behind them. Copyright infringement & text theft: The user has copied my own listing text for Bahn vouchers 1:1 and taken it over without permission – a clear violation of eBay policies. Unauthorized voucher sales & licensing requirement: The commercial distribution of DB vouchers is prohibited without an official license from Deutsche Bahn. The users offer these purely digitally, which is strictly forbidden for private accounts according to eBay guidelines. Suspicion of illegal origin (credit card fraud): Discounts of about 30% (a €200 voucher for about €143) are a clear indication of the use of stolen payment methods. This regularly leads to the codes being blocked by DB and thus to a total loss for buyers. Unauthorized vehicle lookups : This account additionally offers vehicle history reports (VIN checks), the sale of which is prohibited under eBay policy. Fake offers & missing legal notice : To artificially create an appearance of legitimacy, unrelated items (pot set, grill) were listed with internet images. In addition, despite commercial registration, there is no legally valid legal notice and no VAT ID number. Please forward the whole thing directly to your security department so the experts there can take a close look at the data. It repeatedly appears to be brand-new newly registered accounts that immediately start with this pattern.
