Credit payout not possible!!!!
Summary: vol-5429, the seller of a measuring device, reports a problem with the payout at eBay. Although the buyer received the device and confirmed that everything is fine, eBay is showing that the device has not arrived yet, which is blocking the payout. The buyer, Jan, was unable to confirm receipt because the option is missing. vol-5429 is looking for help getting the balance paid out.
The buyer of my measuring device paid immediately on eBay. I shipped the item two days later.
The buyer contacted me, everything arrived great, everything was fine, he was very happy.
According to eBay, the device has still not been received by the buyer!
The buyer Jan also tried to confirm again that the device had arrived with him… but he can't get anywhere, where he can enter something.
For me, the amount shows as credit (in my eBay)
When I go to payout, all I get is: Not yet received by the buyer. I can't send an email to eBay, nor do I get any phone number, somehow a joke 😡Can anyone help me with how I get my money.
Jan, the buyer, has also already done everything, but the status still remains not delivered to the buyer

there is no confirmation button for buyers to confirm receipt of the item.
Buyers can leave feedback; if tracking via eBay glitches again, it will update eventually.
You're also a new seller, so payouts take a little longer anyway.
