Credit withheld, all of it from parcels without tracking. Arrival was rated

Hello, I'm fairly new to selling on eBay and have already sold quite a bit this month. However, €66 has still been withheld. Of the 3 open orders, 2 deliveries have already arrived and the 3rd is coming tomorrow. Despite a positive rating, my money is being withheld and I'd like to know when I can expect this money?Best regards, Marcel

Hello @marsta1988 , since parcels don’t have proof of delivery and you’re also a new seller, it may be that you have to wait up to 30 days for the money here.And hopefully it’s clear to you that you don’t have seller protection with parcels.If a buyer says they didn’t receive it, all that’s left for you is the refund.
