Good evening everyone,Maybe someone here has had the same problem before or can at least help me better than this useless assistant that just keeps going in circles.Here’s the situation:I sold and shipped something, all as usual via QR code and drop-off at the DHL branch.The package then arrived safely with the buyer, and he also thanked me for the transaction with a great, positive review.But DHL hasn’t updated the tracking status once since drop-off at the branch, and the eBay system now thinks the package has still not been delivered and is withholding the funds.I tried to sort out the problem via Google and the eBay AI and got answers like: "Contact a staff member since the buyer has already confirmed in the review that it arrived" - AI keeps referring to the statement that once the status changes, it takes 2 business days until payout"Wait 21 days until the system considers it automatically delivered" - honestly, that takes way too long for me"Ask the buyer whether they can manually mark it as received" - the buyer says they can’t find any option for thatDo I really now have to wait almost a month for my money just because DHL made mistakes on multiple levels?
