Hello, I redeemed a voucher that could only be used once, but the order was canceled. Is it possible to get the voucher back now? Best regards

Mentor3 weeks agoHello @kac_4856 If you reverse the purchase, the voucher cannot be used again; the voucher expires. The voucher amount will not be refunded. You can find all the information about this under the voucher terms of use.
