Hi everyone! In March, I took part in the promotion "50 euro voucher for a sale of items for at least 10 euros". I had the promotion in my overview and participated within the promotional period, and the requirements were also met (a corresponding number of items over 10 euros were sold.). Now it's already 02/04/2026 and I still haven't received a voucher. How long does it take until the voucher is credited or sent? Does it come by email? It would be very nice if someone could check.
