Got a message from eBay that money has been received in my eBay balance for a book sale. But there’s nothing there!!!
Who can you contact at eBay and how?
Is there a phone number?

instead of calling yourself, you can also request a callback from Ebay.
Just write “Mitarbeiter” or “Rückruf” to the chat bot in the help section, if necessary several times, then you’ll get a call.
