Credit in the eBay account
Hello, I sold an item. It shows as not delivered, even though the buyer confirmed to me that the item arrived. Because it shows as not delivered, the credit from eBay is not being released. The status dot is blue in my eBay account. What can I do so that eBay releases the payment?

If you sent it without tracking, it may be that you have to wait up to 30 days for the payout.
