Credit transaction BÜWA
Summary: sammler2021 has a problem with a payment that has not been received for a transaction that was officially processed through the system. Although the buyer received the item and left positive feedback, the money has not been credited to the account since 12/08. They are looking for advice after customer service was unreachable, since with a previous transaction with tracking, the payment was made faster.

Maybe someone has some advice, because I can’t reach anyone through the official route at customer service…
On 3/08, someone won an auction from me. Shipping method BÜWA, 2.70. Processing entirely officially through the system. I dropped the item in the mailbox on 04/08 and marked the status as “Shipped”. Since it’s BÚWA, there’s no “Delivered” notification. The buyer wrote to me privately that the item arrived, everything is great, and even left positive feedback. The transaction is considered “completed”; according to Ebay, the money should have been available in the account since 12/08, but it still hasn’t arrived to this day. Does that come through after some time at some point? With another transaction with tracking, it happened pretty quickly, and here nothing is happening. I’d be grateful for any help!
