With this purchase and this seller, there have been and still are problems; it looks very much like fraud. After the seller had offered me a complaint or the shipment of a replacement battery (purchase in December 2025), since the original battery stopped working after just a few minutes, no battery was sent. Meanwhile, the seller in China apparently has gone offline! Even after asking several times, no replacement was sent despite the promise. Meanwhile, the device it is used in shows a partial charge, but the device won’t start at all. With the old battery, the device works (tested). I would like to ask eBay to take urgent action here. How can I find a solution?

Mentor2 weeks agoEbay will definitely not take action here anymore since the buyer protection has expired long ago. And nothing can be done through the payment service provider either after such a long time.
You never buy such items in China; instead, you spend a few extra euros and buy from a dealer based in Germany, where you can also enforce your consumer rights.
