Hello, I bought 2 insect lamps last year. Both are defective. I'm trying to contact the seller, but they're not responding.

Unfortunately, I'm not getting anywhere like this, because the pages offered keep going in circles. Does anyone have an idea how I can get eBay involved?

You can no longer involve eBay there; eBay is not responsible for your consumer rights. Those have to be enforced by you yourself.
