Dear eBayers, I have the following problem with this item here - eBay item no.:327138052707 Misrepresentation of gold weight: The item description literally said: „The gold chain is in very good condition! Hallmarked: 333, etc.! (see pictures) Weight: 2g!“. In fact, the chain alone on the precision scale weighs only 0.9 to 1.0 grams. So about half of the promised genuine gold weight is missing.Wrong material on the pendant: The pendant offered in the auction title has no hallmark at all and is demonstrably not 333 gold, but low-quality costume jewelry (weight: 0.7g). The total weight of the entire delivery is only approx. 1.7 grams instead of the promised 2.0 grams.Significant damage: Contrary to the statement „very good condition“, the chain was delivered completely tangled. Due to the tight knots, the chain links are partly bent and damaged. In this condition the item is defective and not wearable. Should I open a case right away for that?
