Buyer buys the item and is now filing a complaint.eBay item no.:366428867301 My note on this:I will not clean anything or anything like that, as I don't want to damage anything. I don't have the option to test the items somehow or to determine whether they work. I will first list everything as defective. It could be that some little widget or something else is missing!What needs to be done? eBay AI help isn't working as it should.
