Bought a phone, 1 year old, defective
Good day,
I bought a phone a year ago. And now it no longer charges, or only very slowly. I can't contact the seller because the account probably no longer exists.
What do I do now, is this a case for the warranty.

Mentor1 week agoA seller does not give a warranty; only manufacturers do that! And you have to enforce your consumer rights, such as statutory warranty, yourself; eBay is not responsible for that and won’t help either.

Warranty won’t help you either; after a year, you have to prove that the defect already existed at the time of transfer.
Take the purchase receipt to the manufacturer to possibly make warranty claims.
Did you buy from an Asian seller?
Then put on your shoes and head to the nearest residual waste bin.
