Hello everyone, Is anyone else having the problem that eBay sets “not shipped on time” defects even though the shipment was handed in within the properly stored processing time, on time at the Hermes PaketShop? In the Hermes tracking, the first scan says verbatim:“The shipment was handed in by the sender at the PaketShop …” The next scan only takes place when it is picked up by the driver (outside of my control).
