Challenges in editing shipping costs in active offers

Hello community,
I recently noticed that I can no longer edit the shipping costs in my active listings individually. That's got me pretty puzzled. Has anyone else had similar experiences? What could be causing this, and are there any new guidelines or changes I should be aware of?
I would be very grateful if you could share your thoughts, ideas, or tips on this. Maybe someone has found a solution or has information on how best to deal with such changes.

Mentor1 week agoI'm almost sure that you have policies active, which makes this edit impossible.
That was the case for me too, even though I never created any. Now the shipping costs and service providers are stored in policies for all offers.

OP1 week agoThanks for the heads-up about the conditions. Now the only question is how I can turn that off again. I really hate being bossed around by eBay.

I’m not aware of how you can turn the default conditions off again.
However, you can store different shipping conditions there, group your offers, and then assign different shipping conditions to these groups.

in the help on terms and conditions, I also read the following note:
What happens if I deactivate the terms and conditions?
You can deactivate the terms and conditions at any time by selecting the Deactivate link on the Manage terms and conditions for your listings page. This step will not affect your active listings, but for future listings you will then have to make all changes to the payment, shipping, and return policies individually. You can also reactivate the terms and conditions at any time. However, to do so, you must recreate the terms and conditions and link them to your listings via the bulk listing tool. Your previously created terms will be deleted when you deactivate them.

Mentor1 week agoI, for example, can’t delete mine and nothing has come from eBay in a long time in response to my inquiry.
They’re the ones who messed it up and they should fix it!

OP1 week agoIt’s the same for me, support is keeping quiet.
Changing 260 offers manually is totally out of the question.
I’m going to give it another try now, and if anything comes of it I’ll let you know.

OP1 week agoI have a solution for how the conditions can also be deleted for active offers, however then all conditions are deleted:
Go to My eBay. At the top left there is Hello "USER" / Account settings.
Under Selling there are then conditions. There you can delete everything.

OP1 week agoIt worked right away here.
Unfortunately, I can no longer see it, since all the conditions have disappeared for me and the image has changed.
The delete/remove option was at the top right. A button for all offered frame conditions.
