Help app isn't working
Good morning everyone
When I open the Ebay app, only the frame appears, no images or data are loading
The app is up to date, I’ve turned it off and back on several times, iOS is also up to date, everything else works.

Have you tried completely uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from the App Store?

Mentor2 weeks agoI don’t know whether you can also clear the cache and delete cookies in the app.
If that’s not possible or doesn’t help, unfortunately you’ll have to wait until someone gets back to you who knows the app. I don’t use such buggy gimmicks.
