HELP! Impossible to list an item, eBay support can't speak German. | Members help members

Hello dear eBayers, I urgently need help, because my business depends on this and, as we all know, eBay has deteriorated to an absurd extent over the last few years. I want to list vehicle parts in the app using the "sell similar item" option. But then I keep getting redirected to the browser. Without any explanation. I’ve really tried everything and it worked for years; since the beginning of February it suddenly no longer does. Then it just says "your item already looks good, but for items in this category, one more step is required." And then I ALWAYS ONLY END UP IN THE BROWSER. I’ve checked my legal notice, checked my details, and so on. The friendly Indians on the hotline have no clue what I’m talking about. If this doesn’t get resolved in 1-2 weeks, I will definitely leave eBay, even though I generate them a five-figure annual revenue. Embarrassing. Thank you in advance for any help Kind regards
