Help with withheld payment
Hello everyone,
I have a problem. My shipment was delivered on 07/09/2026 and confirmed by the buyer in the chat. The DHL shipment status is not updating. Therefore the money is now being held on eBay.

·3 weeks ago@lenkas_61 Hey. 🙂 I took a look at that for you. Since, as @bootyooty already correctly mentioned, it is a higher-priced item, the payment will be released from 02/10, provided your buyer does not report any problem with the item.

You sell rarely and have now sold a high-priced item, so payouts can sometimes take a bit longer too.
The shipment status will still update, maybe @nina@ebay can give it a little nudge? 😘
