Hello everyone,
For hours I’ve been having problems with my settings for auctions, specifically with starting prices.
The starting price for the auction, e.g. 5.90 euros, is not being accepted and jumps from 3 digits to 590.00 euros.
This didn’t change even though after an endless wait I finally had an eBay employee on the phone.
Problems still there!
Does anyone have an idea, since I already deleted my various browser data and it still doesn’t change.

Thanks for reporting this issue to us. Could you please send us a screenshot of it? A view of it when the price turns into a three-digit amount would be very helpful here.

Mentor2 weeks agoApparently there is a problem on eBay at the moment, which as far as I know is already known.
I’ll tag an eBay employee who can then add you to the existing ticket and will get back here again.
