Help with shipping
I sold something and would like to ship it. I specified Hermes parcel for €6.99, which the buyer also paid.
Now, when creating the label, only a discounted Hermes S parcel is shown to me and I can't get any further

Take a look under further options to see whether any additional options are offered.

OP2 weeks agoOr I create a shipping label myself at Hermes in the required package size

Mentor2 weeks agoCreate your label on the shipping provider’s website and then enter the tracking number and the correct shipping service on eBay.
You can also first try clearing the cache and deleting cookies, and try a different browser too.

OP2 weeks agoeBay app cache cleared. Same thing, just in green.
Then I'll do it manually via the Hermes app, that would have been easier

there are things like browsers on smartphones - you can use eBay that way too, you don't necessarily have to use the app

All my previous replies were via the app, even though I don't use it.
The packages offered depend on the weight, the dimensions, and the shipping provider selected.

Mentor2 weeks agoI just tested it myself. I’m also being offered the Hermes M package. Maybe try changing the weight or the dimensions.

OP2 weeks agoI created it manually through Hermes itself. I couldn't change anything else here under create shipping label, it kept ending up as an S package in the cart.
Well, the main thing is that the buyer gets her purchase soon.
