Hello eBay team,I urgently need support in clarifying a claim for my account yt-notebooks, as I’m at a dead end:At first, I was told on the phone that I should contact a collection agency, but no company name or contact details were given to me.I then did some research myself and contacted the law firm KSP. They confirmed to me in writing (ref: EE2426273) that the proceedings had already been discontinued and that I should contact eBay directly to clarify the matter.Since then I’ve been trying to reach support. However, the callback service doesn’t work technically for me: The line stays silent, even though I can clearly hear background noise. And after a minute, the call is ended. This has happened several times now.I just want to settle the claim so that my account is clean again. For another account, I have already received a payment link and paid – I now need this link for yt-notebooks as well.Could a staff member please take a look at the whole thing and send me the payment link by email?Thank you in advance!
