Hello everyone, I bought an item as a guest and sent it back promptly because it didn’t fit. But I can’t close the request on eBay because the case was closed and now everything is showing errors. It also can no longer find my guest order, since the bot always accesses my regular account. I have no idea whether the refund has been processed, and what else can I do if I can’t get any further with eBay Help? Thanks very much for any replies. Ralf

Mentor1 week agoUnfortunately, this can’t be helped with a guest purchase, and you need to contact customer service.
You can find the contact info in the legal notice.
And next time, please choose a slightly larger font size, thanks! 😎

OP1 week agoThanks, I finally managed it after 2 attempts via the phone bot and an employee. The process should hopefully be successfully completed in the next few days.
