HELP! Dispute resolved through eBay. Buyer has the goods and the money | Members help members

I sold a cell phone to Greece, and it arrived with shipping damage for the buyer.After consulting with DHL, he was supposed to drop it off at DHL/Greek Post; after the inspection by DHL, it would have gone straight back to me. He did not do that and left negative feedback! At the moment he is not responding to my messages at all and I will file a fraud complaint against him! Ebay resolved the dispute in his favor.My account was charged with 366.00 euros, which I objected to. Now my account has been charged with the amount and I am being threatened with debt collection. Why can no one help me and why am I just being fobbed off!? Ebay is not supposed to be a platform for people to report each other!?
