Hello, I have posted my first listings as a commercial seller. Although I only created one return policy that all listings refer to, “No returns” appears in the text for the withdrawal information on 2 of the 4 listings, even though I have accepted returns within one month. Does anyone have an idea what that could be due to? In the policy itself, the note “no returns” does not appear. Please only helpful replies. I am mentally impaired.

Who says you have to inform them about the 14-day right of objection?Your cancellation policy must say the same thing as your stated returns period and nothing else. If that conflicts, it makes you liable to a warning again.The data protection declaration has no separate field and many other sellers and I also put it after the terms and conditions, with a note at the top saying that the data protection declaration follows.
