I use purchased folding cartons to ship used items. Does the EU Packaging Regulation apply to me? It always talks about packaging manufacturers. But I don't manufacture packaging, I just use it for shipping. Who can help? Thanks and best regards

You are a commercial seller and, of course, the regulation applies! As soon as you pack and ship your items, it applies. It also doesn’t matter whether you use used packaging.

And one more thing, by the way: where are your cancellation policy and the model cancellation form? Where it’s currently placed doesn’t belong there, and customers have to search for it. That puts you at risk of a warning letter.
