I'm a guest buyer and at the same time an eBay account customer, and now I have nothing at all without the purchased item.
Summary: sowo-30 reports a problem with a purchase on eBay that was found via Google and paid for with PayPal. The purchase was made as a guest, but it does not appear under either her existing eBay account or with the seller. Despite receiving confirmations, the items did not arrive. Hello, I need help. I bought an item on eBay. It showed up in the Google search. I bought it immediately with PayPal. According to eBay, it was supposed to be a guest purchase. I have an eBay account with the email I provided. Now the thing is that under my email, which is always shown with my eBay account, no purchase is displayed. I have linked two email accounts together, so my eBay account appears with every entry, no matter which email is used. That’s why you are always logged in when making a purchase. I always received email confirmations with my name and my address, which already puzzled me. At first it wasn’t that important to me. Somehow, as a guest or as the owner of the eBay account, I made a purchase that was confirmed to me by email. Order confirmation, shipping confirmation, delivery date confirmation. I received confirmation of the payment via PayPal with protection of the payment through additional accounts. Now I did not receive any goods on the delivery date. So I did some research. I entered the email I used to sign up on eBay help, and they show me my account without a purchase. Then I continued looking for contact there and, according to eBay, the seller says they did not receive any payment and therefore apparently no goods were shipped. Then I continued looking for contact, then the note that my profile data is not correct, then I logged in with my last profile data from my last purchase and updated everything. I then reported that, and the AI says that during the review everything was legitimate and I could now get a lawyer and file an objection. I am now very close to involving PayPal. Because whether with an eBay account or not, the seller got everything, so why all this trouble? The seller didn’t even send an email if there had been problems. Nothing. You are my last hope. Please help me. I don’t want to lose eBay.....

Unfortunately, we can only look at the account you’re writing from here.
I recommend that you, as @perfect-sally wrote, contact customer support by email.
Please write from the email address where you received the order confirmation, otherwise the colleagues won’t be able to help either.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou can't link ebay accounts together! And if you bought as a guest, then you should have received an email about the purchase.
And if you didn't buy with this account here but actually as a guest, then help can't and shouldn't be provided here for data protection reasons. You have to contact customer service.
We'll still let an ebay employee take a look; she'll reply here. Maybe she can say something about what she's allowed to share here.
