Hello everyone , I sold a used sweatshirt jacket for €1.99. Now the buyer wants to return it because, in their opinion, the zipper is a bit hard to close. They say the zipper would come apart there and limit its use. I was able to close the jacket, which I hadn't worn for at least 1 year, without any problems. Do I have to agree to a return, even though I actually excluded one? There are only two options: either I buy a return label or I send the money back and the buyer keeps the item. I don't know how or what the buyer tried with it; they did send pictures, but from my own pictures I don't see it that way, and before shipping I looked over everything again and everything worked. It's functional used goods and not new goods. I've been around for a while, but right now I don't know what to do. Especially since the item is only worth €2. What makes sense to do? Thanks
