I do not receive the purchase price paid by the buyer
The buyer had specified a post office branch as the shipping address. When I wanted to print the shipping label, I got a message saying that I couldn’t ship to the post office branch. So then I had the item shipped via a postal service provider. The buyer sent me a message saying that the item arrived undamaged. I’m not getting any information from eBay about how I can get my money. What can I do?

have you entered a tracking number that confirms shipping and delivery?
If not, you may have to wait up to 30 days for the payout. The reason is "risk management" due to buyer protection.
