Hello, I bought my order on June 20, it was supposed to arrive on June 24, but unfortunately there has been no delivery yet.
I accidentally deleted my confirmation email, what should I do?

If you ordered as a guest, only customer service can help you over the phone. This has to do with data protection and verification options.
You can reach customer service via the number under contract partner in the legal notice.

Mentor1 month agoUnfortunately, without a confirmation email, you can't do anything, since it's required for complaints.
Question: why do people buy as a guest when they have an account? You can see how that ends.
