I don't have a verified account because the 0.01 euros could not be charged back from my account.
Information from my bank: The reason for this is that we cannot process direct debits from abroad. Therefore eBay cannot charge back the amount of 0.01 euros from your account and cannot complete account verification.
If eBay allows this, you can provide your credit card details instead of your bank account, from which the verification amount can be debited. If eBay does not offer this option, you need to contact eBay customer service to find out which other method can be used for account verification.
