Good day,
I received an email from eBay saying that the dispute case is being suspended.
But I did not open a dispute case.
This is certainly about the return of the item I bought.
Everything else is fine.
Please close dispute case 5380836751.
Please without any negative consequences for the seller.
Thank you very much.
Note: I contacted DHL because the return shipment got stuck somewhere and things were not moving forward. But I did not mention eBay in the process. The return shipment is expected to be delivered to the seller today.
Could there be a connection here?

Actually, this is about the return, which was in transit with DHL for ages, so I contacted the shipping provider. Because of the long time, they actually asked for my bank details for a refund.
But the package is apparently arriving at the seller's today.
What can I do ?
Contact the payment provider ?

Mentor2 months agoIf no payment dispute was opened with the payment provider, then they are not responsible either. I would wait a bit longer now to see whether the package actually arrives soon, and then contact the shipping provider and let them know that the package did eventually arrive after all.

Mentor2 months agoThere’s definitely a connection there, but disputes are actually handled by the payment service provider and not by eBay.
An eBay employee can take a look and will get back here.
