I didn't get my money back.
Good day, I received a refund for my order, but my card is no longer valid because I changed it. Could you please transfer the money to my eBay account or send it to my new card? Kind regards

OP4 days agoI paid with a Ukrainian bank card.
But a few days ago I changed the card number, and a few days ago I received a new card with a new number.
eBay has now tried to refund the money to my account, but since the old card is no longer valid, that is no longer possible.

It’s the same here as @perfect-sally wrote. I recommend that you check how you paid for the article.
If you paid with a credit or debit card – including via PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay – the refund will be issued to the same card. The credit usually appears within 5 business days.
Please note that, depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days (a full billing cycle) for the amount to appear on your statement.

oh no, refunds always go back to the same source that was used to pay.
