I have my question: I bought an item on eBay, paid for it, and didn’t receive it. DHL says it was delivered to a neighbor. The neighbor says he didn’t accept anything. And I have no reason at all not to believe him; in our building there are only decent people. Packages are always accepted and handed over. And something strange: on the delivery day, in the DHL message, it said at the top “delivered to neighbor,” and below “not yet delivered.” The seller didn’t reply at all to my inquiry, even though he could also have checked with DHL. And now eBay has decided not to refund me. I’m wondering, how can you order anything under these conditions, how safe are purchases on eBay?

Mentor3 weeks agoIf the seller can provide proof of shipment and delivery, then of course the decision will also be in favor of the seller.
And you don't order and buy on eBay anyway, but from the sellers who use this platform.
Contact the parcel service and ask them to tell you who signed for the delivery.
