I sold two items. I received the payment. I have no contact with the buyers. They are not replying to my messages. eBay says that my account needs to be reviewed. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Why do you need contact with buyers when the items are paid for and the customers are waiting for the items?

According to your details, you just need to ship, nothing more. However, I don't see any current sold items for you.
