Have you tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies and/or using a different browser?
Buying seems to work for me.
I added the item to my cart and could go to checkout. But I don’t want to click checkout now because I don’t actually want to buy anything.

Are you a registered commercial seller and therefore allowed to buy such items?
There are no purely commercial buyer accounts on eBay, which is why eBay says you have to be a commercial seller or be registered as a business.

Why not just try a different seller and see if it works there?

that’s not possible.
I wouldn’t be able to buy such an article either.
Go to a hardware store or a garden center and get advice there.
And some plant pests can be controlled with natural remedies.
You can find out more online.

Mentor1 month agoHello @meinehexe11 , you can add the item to your cart, but if you then go to checkout, you’ll also get the error message shown above and won’t be able to buy the item.
