Dear team,I am the old grandmother of the granddaughter for whom I bought the mixer for Christmas; she lives in Mainz, and her mother, my daughter, in Büttelborn. The mixer was sent there too and then made its way to the granddaughter by a roundabout route. But she wanted a completely new Thermamix; young people always want the latest model, and she can’t use this one.It is still packed exactly as it arrived and could be sent back. I would then forgo part of the purchase price, and the seller could list the mixer again. He has a company, so that should be quite possible.Can you help here? Many thanks
