I would like to speak with an employee from Ebay.de.
Summary: eldiyman is trying to speak with an eBay employee to clarify an issue with an order. The item, ordered from China, was not shipped and was sent back to the seller. Now eldiyman is supposed to say that the items are no longer needed in order to get a refund, which feels dishonest. In addition, the automated bot customer service is causing problems because there is no way to get directly in touch with an employee.
I've been trying for a quarter of an hour now to talk to an employee through this stupid bot, i.e. to get a callback. But it doesn't work because I live in Luxembourg.
My order (from China) didn't even leave there; it was returned to the seller. Now he wants to give me back the money I paid, but then I'm supposed to explain that I no longer need these items.
I find that extremely nasty, because he gets an excuse that way, at my expense, because he doesn't deliver or, as he said, can't deliver.
I don't agree with that, that's dishonest! That's also why I'd like to be able to speak to an Ebay employee, but even when you call an Ebay phone number, a bot answers, which then suddenly no longer understands me and doesn't put me through to an employee!

Mentor2 weeks agoGood day first of all @eldiyman
then you’ll get a callback if you have a German phone number.
Otherwise please google eBay imprint, because it lists, among other things, a phone number you can call if you’re abroad.
