I’m not getting my sales proceeds because it says order, but it also says the transaction costs are ready to get your money

·1 month agoHello @grma-5852 , thank you very much for your post. Your eBay credit has already been used up completely. You used it for a purchase of 76,01 euros as well as for a shipping label for 7,69 euros. You had the remaining amount of 23,99 euros paid out to your linked bank account on Friday.

Mentor1 month agoWell, if the order is paid for and eBay has told you that, then according to your information you have to ship it, and preferably with tracking, and make sure that the tracking number has arrived with the item.

OP1 month agoThe package has arrived.I have edited the account and personal data and now everything is probably sorted out. I have no idea why it still isn't working.

You mean you’re not receiving your money? You don’t have any recent ratings as a seller and you’re listed as a new seller. Payouts can sometimes be held back longer for that reason.
And you need to verify your account, not just edit it.
