Hello dear eBay Community, yesterday I noticed that I can't transfer any money to my bank account and I got this message in red "Your payouts are currently being withheld because your eBay account is restricted. You will receive payouts again once your eBay account has been reactivated." Then I got this email from eBay and it was also in English: Hello ich-einfachunverbesserlich, We require additional information to review your account. Your payouts are on hold until the review is completed. For more details on payout holds, see the Payments Terms of Use.Here’s what you need to do:- Provide proof of delivery for all of the items you sold on eBay by uploading tracking. Track items you've sold.More specific details are provided below.Once you complete these requirements, respond to this email, and we’ll review your account.. We may ask you to provide additional information during our review. It may take up to 3 business days to review your information.We appreciate you being part of the eBay community, and we’re here to help you get back to selling.Thanks,eBay It says in there somehow that I should upload tracking numbers, but that always happens automatically since I use eBay labels. Can anyone help me with this, or has anyone else had the same problem?? Many thanks and best regards
