The email says print return label, but it doesn't work
I have an item that I want to send back, I have received the money, in the email from eBay I’m supposed to print a return label, but when I click on it nothing happens, I even have eBay Plus, what went wrong or do I have to pay for the return myself

Mentor1 week agoHello @amado61 we can't view your account, so we can't say anything about who has to cover the return shipping costs for what reasons.
it's also the case with eBay Plus that if too much is sent back, eBay Plus at some point no longer covers the costs, that's also stated in the terms.
Contact customer service by phone and ask there.
